Description
Each pair of glasses follows a 41-day production process. The acetate sheets (0.5/1 cm height) are cut and glued to each other using three different types of glue. The semi- finished products thus obtained are left for 12 days under 300kg-weighing presses and then placed, for 14 days, in ad-hoc ovens at different temperatures in order to obtain a homogeneous material and avoid the formation of bubbles. After this first phase, the material, unique in its combination of colours, is ready for the production of the glass frames following the classical production method.
